Meet Dr. Rolando Cibischino

Rolando Cibischino, DMD, MAGD
Dentistry is such a gratifying profession because I get to create a personal relationship with each of my patients. Everyone has a unique story, and when I get to share that it enhances my life immensely. That personal relationship helps me to understand each patient’s needs and desires and allows me to keep them healthy or restore them back to health. To be able to help others in this way brings great meaning and satisfaction to my life.
Communication is key in any relationship. What I love about our patients and my team is that we treat one another like family. The genuine concern that we have for one another truly makes my job the best. As I tell my children, if you have a job that is a passion of yours, you will never work grudgingly a day in your life. To do something passionately is truly a gift.
Education and Experience
- Doctorate of Dental Medicine – UMDNJ, New Jersey Dental School, 1987
- General Dental Residency – Danbury Hospital, 1988
Continuing education is vital so that I can keep current with technology, treatment and diagnostics, which are constantly advancing. This way, I can have the most up-to-date knowledge, which translates to the best treatment outcomes for my family of patients.
I am a Fellow and Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and have graduated from the Hornbrook Group for full mouth rehabilitation. I am also a mentor and member of the Spear Faculty Club and am a teaching attending at Newark Beth Israel Hospital’s Residency Program.
